Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If delivery to your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that address at this time.
We may update our delivery areas in the future.
Order processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been received.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
During busy periods, seasonal peaks, supplier delays, stock issues, bank holidays or unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery times

Lost or delayed parcels

You should also check with other members of your household, neighbours, safe places, building reception areas, parcel lockers or local delivery offices.

Damaged parcels
Please check your parcel when it arrives.

Clear photos of any inner packaging
Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as the courier, supplier or fulfilment partner may require evidence.
Missing or incorrect items

We will review the matter and work with you to resolve it.
Split shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
